Kansas City Metro Area and Western Missouri Lawyer
When you need legal help, you may be looking for someone who will be "your" attorney. An attorney who will be there for any future legal needs you may have beyond your current needs. The Michael W. Hanna Law Office would like to be your attorney.
Serving the Citizens of Missouri
Our law firm has helped the people of the Kansas City metro and western Missouri for nearly 30 years. In 1980, our firm's founding attorney, Mike Hanna, was elected municipal judge in Raytown, where he served until 2000. During his tenure as municipal judge and since he left the bench, we have assisted clients in private practice, offering general legal assistance to our clients. This web site focuses on three areas of the law:
All three areas can pose difficult and stressful challenges for you. Our extensive knowledge of law and legal systems helps remove some of that burden from your shoulders. We are also very detail oriented, which is appreciated not only by our clients, but also by judges and others in the legal system.
Knowledgeable, Concerned Legal Help
We also take great care in communicating the specifics of each case to you. This enables you to make informed decisions about your case. We'll advise you of pitfalls and advantages that can result from every decision.
When you hire our firm, we will do our best to achieve the goals you establish when we begin working on your case. Whether you want to retain your driver's license after a DUI/DWI charge, stay out of jail in a criminal defense case, adopt a child, obtain custody of your child or children, or obtain a divorce, we will help you.
We advise you to contact us as soon as possible when you realize you need legal assistance. Fast action can often mean the difference between success and failure. We look forward to serving you.
